Mistakes do happen...hard drives crash...viruses strike...or a hectic life may cause one to forget to print the password instruction sheet and save it in a safe place.

Unfortunately we receive a substantial number of requests from customers who have lost their password instruction sheet for one reason or another, or who have failed to make a backup installation disc. To those of you, there is good news and bad news. The good news is that you do not have to repurchase the program all over again. The bad news is that there is a small fee required to regenerate your password instructions. A fee was mentioned within the original password instructions that was emailed to you shortly after you purchased the software. All customers were made aware of this policy at least twice before and after they made their original purchase.
