Lost your password?

Mistakes do happen...hard drives crash...viruses strike...or a hectic life may cause us to forget to print the password instruction sheet and save it in a safe place.

Unfortunately we receive a substantial number of requests each week from customers who have lost their password instruction sheet for one reason or another, or who have failed to make a backup disc.  To those of you, there is good news...and bad news...  The good news is that you do not have to repurchase the program all over again.  The bad news is that there is a small fee required to regenerate your password instructions.  A fee was mentioned within the original password instructions that was emailed to you shortly after you purchased the software. All customers were made aware of this policy at least twice before and after they made their initial purchase.

When you originally placed your order online, you were asked whether you wanted to purchase a backup disc, but you declined, indicating that you would be take full responsibility for making your own backup.  Obviously something went wrong, otherwise you wouldn't be here.  Therefore, to eliminate the possibility of losing the password yet a second time, we will also mail you a program installation disc. This installation disc, which you had originally indicated that you had no need for, will enable you to reinstall the software in the future. The password will be permanently printed on the CD packaging.

To have your password instructions emailed to you again, and to have us mail you an installation disc, all for only $6.00, please choose from the list below the name of the program that you had originally purchased, then click on the "Continue" button.
